Who We Are
RCMS Project Access, Inc. is an outreach program of the Richmond County Medical Society which assists the uninsured indigent people of Richmond and Columbia Counties with accessing physician services and assists Richmond and Columbia County physicians with expanding their role in caring for these patients. RCMS Project Access, Inc. is a participant in the CSRA Partnership for Community Health and the Greater Augusta Healthcare Network (GAHN).
Vision
To establish ready access to appropriate, high quality health care and related services for the uninsured, low to moderate income people of Richmond and Columbia Counties as an integral component of the community's overall healthcare system.

FOR: Service to the qualified, uninsured residents of Richmond County

REWARD: Knowing you've helped someone who otherwise wouldn't be able to afford the healthcare they need.

Physician Volunteers choose the number of patients per year they wish to see in their office. Referral are made through Project Access and patients are screened for eligibility before accessing services.
